My product searches seem to generate too many or too few results. How can I browse more effectively?
In general, the more selections you make, the fewer results your search will yield.
For example, selecting "Green" and "Blue" under Color will only retrieve products that contain both Green and Blue. As there may only be a few products that contain both colors, your result set will be greatly refined in comparison with a search for one color or the other.
Therefore, this method is useful when refining your search to isolate a specific group of products, but not for casual browsing. Eliminate a selection or group of selections to expand your result set.
